Welcome everybody to our adventure in watermeloning. We have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl named Kaia June. She joined us on 07/07/07! It was a little early but what a lucky day for us. Since that day our lives have become recentered on her. The last week and a half have been tiring but wonderful as we get to know our baby. We have had so much help and support from our family and friends that we couldn't imagine going through all this without them. I will use this post to thank everybody onemore time for all their love and support.
Today was a big day. Kaia got on a scale and showed us she is gaining weight. We haven't hit six pounds yet but I expect that will come at next week's weigh-in.
This blogging thing is a little new so it may take a little time to get a rythm going but we are going to try and keep it and the website up to date with pictures and a blurb here and there about our latest doings.
That is it for now as it is almost 11p and time to try and get some sleep between feedings.
