Kaia and I continue to mark our first experiences. Yesterday we walked up to the store and Kaia had her first grocery store experience at Henry's. She was so alert in the store. It was really fun to watch her take it all in. The main goal of the outting was to by Mother's Blend oil for our infant massage. We still haven't gotten to the massage yet, but we have the oil:) Kaia has been sleeping for larger chunks of time at night. That has allowed me to not have to nap as much during the day. The exciting first for me that has occured as a result is that I have gotten to clean the house. I never thought that cleaning the bathroom would be so exciting. Oh, the joys of motherhood!

Today we met Sara and Claire at the zoo and walked around for 3-4 hours. Kaia slept for most of the zoo experience, but of course she woke along enough for some diaper changes and to eat. She knows her priorities:) I know that I will sleep good tonight (that is if she lets me). And it is Friday, so we loaded up the stroller and the Radio Flyer wagon and headed to our concert in the park.

It is amazing how quickly Kaia is changing. She had professional pictures taken when she was 2 1/2 weeks old. We just received the proofs and she already looks like a different baby only 2 weeks later.
